I signed my lease this week. I’m officially moving out! I have no plan - other than baking banana bread for my dear housemates. I was going to study to become an art teacher but then I realized the Washington school districts are trying to get rid of summer break and instead have many shorter breaks.

My plan was to be on my grind-set September to June, then bask in the sun and preform photosynthesis for two months straight.

But I cannot do that anymore (I also realized I wouldn’t enjoy teaching). My other plan was to study design, but making a portfolio to apply to the program is definitely the hardest thing for me to do ever. I believe that a portfolio is a visual description of your soul and mind in 7 photos of things you created with intention. I can not and will not ever gift someone the opportunity to view my creations unless I believe it has a part of me in it.

Other game plan was to learn how to start my business straight out of high school. To create my third place right off the bat and bring community together. But I believe starting a business (especially one that won’t make much money) is a little too risky. I don’t want to be knee deep in loans at the ripe age of 18.

Or I could make fun little music videos, but I don’t think there a big demand for those guys right now-

Or I could become a tattoo artist

Or learn how to lay out tile

Or there’s always house painters, I could paint houses all day

My car was also found this Thursday. It unfortunately didn’t start and the steering column was all ripped up. She was also spray painted black under the trim along with the rims and tires. The front bumper was lopsided and the pop-up head lights couldn’t recline anymore. My Billie Joel CD that I got just two days before my car got stolen sat uncased in the passenger seat with my jumper cables I used to use weekly.

It was sunny today though.

Sold the car today to a coworker! He’s gonna fix it up and hopefully put some good use to it. Coworker gave me a red bull and a JBL boombox that was found in Prelude after it was found!
